What we collect
When you build a plan or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), the property location (if you add one), what you’re doing with your property and your answers to our questions.
Why we collect it
- To build your plan and show you relevant services and guide prices.
- With your consent, to introduce you to the specialists for the services you choose, so they can contact you with quotes.
- To reply when you contact us.
- If you opt in, to send occasional tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the specialists providing the services you’ve chosen — for example a conveyancer, an FCA-authorised mortgage adviser, a RICS-regulated surveyor, an auction house or a removals firm. We never sell your data.
What’s stored on your device
Your plan (its reference, the services you chose, your first name and email) is saved in your browser so you can come back to it. You can remove it at any time by starting a new plan or clearing your browser data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@properfy.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
